What's the role about?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Team role within the RTE department. The Cover Team will co-ordinate the team of Multiskilled Operators whilst rotating between various roles on the line. This is a continuous shift pattern of 6pm to 6am.  

The role will have ownership for ensuring weekly output targets are met in order for us to fulfil customer requirements. To do so, you will be required to use judgement and initiative working collaboratively with the team, Team Leader and engineers. You will rotate through all line functions, including the frying room as well as organising break cover to maintain line efficiency. Communication is key, whilst working in a manner which is safe and ensures the highest food quality standards.
