What's the role about?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Warehouse team, who are responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of ingredients, packaging and finished goods around our site. This role is Monday to Friday, alternating 6-2/2-10. 

You will have a key part to play in the safe and efficient transportation of raw ingredients and packaging throughout the site, using a Forklift Truck (FLT) and Reach Truck. It's essential to adapt readily and competently handle a variety of responsibilities, seamlessly shifting between tasks when required. Supporting the Warehouse team with the day-to-day operations, your responsibilities will include receiving and correctly storing raw ingredient and packaging deliveries, delivering raw ingredients, and packaging to the line on a just in time basis as well as loading finished products ready for onward transportation. All the tasks will be carried out to in a safe and hygienic manner ensuring the required food safety standards are met.

    Have a high level of integrity who will maintain high standards.
    Has an understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety and GMP requirements and demonstrates an ability to consistently adhere to these.
    FLT / Counterbalance and Reach Truck experience and license is required.
    Be confident and competent in accurately in operating machinery and completing paperwork.
    Demonstrates a willingness to Raise the Bar, by seeking opportunities for improvement of our processes.
    Have good communication skills and the ability work collaboratively with the Team, the Team Leader and key Stakeholders.
