We’re looking for an organised and proactive Depot Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our depot running smoothly, ensuring our products are distributed safely, efficiently, and on time. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key depot operations while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a role model for our Safety First culture, ensuring a safe, clean and compliant working environment.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day depot operations including WMS management, driver rota planning and resource allocation.
  • Maintain full legal compliance around tachographs and working time regulations, producing accurate reports and feedback.
  • Record, monitor and report on depot KPIs to support performance improvements.
  • Investigate incidents and customer service issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across departments to drive collaboration and depot success.
  • Provide management cover for the Front Line Manager (FLM) when required, showing leadership and readiness to progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Despatch or Transport role, ideally in a logistics or FMCG environment.
  • Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WMS, Routemaster or similar systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and support your team.
  • Great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.
  • Desirable qualifications: LGV & Driver CPC, FLT licence, or National Road Transport CPC.
