We’re recruiting a proactive, data-driven and commercially astute Supply Chain Analyst to join Allied Bakeries as an Implant (embedded onsite with our retail customer). You’ll act as a key link between both businesses, strengthening collaboration, driving performance and enabling best-in-class service.
This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing position focused on improving supply chain performance, providing data-led insight and resolving operational challenges. You’ll play a central role in maintaining high customer satisfaction through KPI improvements, proactive issue management and strong stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships across both Retailer and Allied Bakeries teams.
- Leading 30/60/90-day planning meetings to review performance, align future plans and drive continuous improvement.
- Interpreting complex datasets to monitor KPIs, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Providing proactive solutions and coordinating with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective communication and timely problem resolution.
- Taking ownership of service challenges, ensuring clear cross-business communication and aligned action plans.
- Managing key trading events (e.g., Christmas, Easter) and change periods (e.g., Range Reviews), ensuring robust planning, issue mitigation and post-event reviews.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- A clear communicator who builds strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Supply Chain or commercial roles, ideally within an FMCG or retail environment.
- Able to exercise sound judgement under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Confident working with high volumes of data and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools.
- Understanding of collaborative forecasting and CPFR is desirable.
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset — someone who doesn’t settle for “good enough”.
- Willing to travel occasionally to other Allied Bakeries locations to support relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
