Key Accountabilities

To supply minor ingredients and flour to the manufacturing plants in a timely manner with due regard to the hygiene and quality assurance systems in operation within the site and functional area and assist in the manufacturing operation as required by the management of the manufacturing operation.

 

•            Ensure minor ingredients are supplied to the manufacturing plants at all times.

•            Ensure there is a minimum of one-hour minor ingredient and flour supply available to all plants at all times.

•            Ensure the supply of all flours, including bagged flours, is available to the manufacturing plants at all times and the holding bin for these flours are filled at the planned times.

•            Ensure the yeast tanks are changed as and when required.

•            Carry out tin changes on manufacturing plant as required by plant management

•            Ensure waste dough is removed from manufacturing area to dough skip.

•            Ensure all quality checks within the stores area, as required by the quality system of the site, are carried out at the frequency and to the departmental standard.

•            Ensure the ingredient preparation area is kept clean and tidy at all times.

•            Ensure all ingredient containers are lidded at all times, other than when not in use.

•            Ensure all sievable ingredients are sieved prior to release on plants.

•            All protective clothing and equipment is worn at all times.

•            Ensure all ingredient bowls and lids are washed on a regular basis.

•            Ensure all liquid ingredients and soya flour are dispensed to required filling points
