Location: Stockport

Reporting to: Manufacturing Plant Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week worked over a 3 week rotating shift pattern including weekends.

Key Accountabilities

• Keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials are always available when needed.
• Receiving, checking, and organising goods with precision and care.
• Taking ownership of stock accuracy, traceability, and inventory systems.
• Managing orders end-to-end using our digital systems.
• Completing daily reconciliations and ensuring everything balances perfectly.
• Working closely with suppliers to keep deliveries on track.
• Championing Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times.
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace with a strong “clean as you go” mindset.
• Contributing ideas to improve how we work and drive performance forward.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve shared goals.

The Right Person

• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and inventory systems).
• Experience working within stores or warehouse operations.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and goods receiving standards.
