Location: Stockport
Rotating Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off days and nights - 12 hour shifts - 42 hours per week

Key Accountabilities
As a Team Leader you will lead with confidence taking charge of the shift, ensuring safety and productivity.
You will be a Master of Mechanics providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for our fleet of commercial vehicles and trailers.
As an Emergency Hero you will handle breakdowns and emergencies with expertise and a calm approach and you collaborate & conquer by working closely with the VMU FLM & Manager to meet and exceed shift targets.

Safety First: Uphold the highest H&S and Welfare standards.
Efficient Operations: Plan and assign workloads, ensuring smooth operations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform inspections, repairs, and MOT preparations with precision.
Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to improve our processes and efficiency.
On the Move: Deliver and collect vehicles, and pick up parts as needed.
Documentation Pro: Keep all paperwork up to date and compliant.
The Right Person
Qualified Expert: HGV mechanic with City and Guilds or equivalent.
Licensed Pro: Must have an LGV Class C+E Licence.
Experienced: Previous mechanical experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Customer Champion: Strong focus on customer service.
