Location: Stockport
Shifts: 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights, 12 hour shifts
Salary: 52,365.00 per annum, including paid breaks.

What You’ll Be Doing
🧭 Run the Shift - Take full control of your shift—leading your team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality work every time.
🔩 Get Stuck In - Use your expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of commercial vehicles and trailers.
🚨 Be the Go-To in a Crisis - Handle breakdowns and emergencies with confidence, keeping downtime low and operations on track.
🤝 Work as One Team - Partner with the VMU Manager and FLM to drive performance, exceed targets and improve processes.
What You Bring
✔️ Qualified HGV Mechanic (City & Guilds or equivalent)
✔️ LGV Class C+E Licence
✔️ Solid hands-on experience (fleet or manufacturing ideal)
✔️ A natural leader who motivates and supports others
✔️ A customer-first mindset and pride in doing a great job
