What You’ll Need to Succeed (Essential):

Strong Awareness of Health & Food Safety:
You understand the importance of working safely and hygienically in a food production environment and are committed to upholding the highest standards. -
Solid Numeracy & Literacy Skills:
You’re confident with basic maths, reading, and accurately recording key production data – all vital for keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What Will Help You Stand Out (Advantageous):

Food Hygiene & GMP Expertise:
If you're already familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices, ABSS standards, or food hygiene protocols, you'll hit the ground running. -
Knowledge of the Baking Process:
A good understanding of how bakery products are made – from dough prep to the oven – is a big plus. -
Relevant Certifications:
Holding a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (CIEH Level 2), IOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualifications shows your dedication to professional standards. -
Mechanical Aptitude:
If you have basic engineering skills or mechanical empathy, you’ll be well-positioned to work effectively with our machinery and troubleshoot minor issues. -
Continuous Improvement Mindset:
Familiarity with CI techniques means you’re ready to help us find smarter, more efficient ways to work every day. -
Tech Confidence:
Comfortable using basic computer systems and interacting with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens to monitor or input data.
