We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Despatch Administrator to join our team. This is a vital role supporting day to day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. The ideal candidate will be detail focused, professional, and confident in handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities
• Ensure timely receipting of bought in goods & create associated reports.
• Liaise with suppliers to make shortage claims and resolve invoice queries.
• Filing of documents related to bought in goods & vehicle movements.
• Manage the archiving of old documentation.
• Order uniform for the department.
• Chep/pallet control – placing orders and spreadsheet completion.
• Monthly internal audits to include; glass, fire extinguishers and bay doors.
• Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers when needed.
The Right Person
Essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Advantageous
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Knowledge of basic data entry or reporting.
• Customer service experience.
