An exclusive opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor development role within our Midlands region. This is an exciting role for someone who works in the nursing profession who has a passion for employee wellbeing and occupational health with a drive and eagerness to learn and take a development journey into the world of Occupational Health.
Key Accountabilities
If you are a qualified nurse and registered with NMC we will provide you with the relevant training and qualification to support the development into a OH Advisor role.
The course will be provided by Robert Gordan, Aberdeen, online but some travel may be required.
As a development role you will undertake professional training and development to achieve OH Advisor qualification and competences. Reporting into the OH Advisor supporting the delivery of the regional OH service, across West Bromwich, one of our leading bakeries, Cardiff and Lincoln depots (driving license is required)
Delivering a full range of proactive occupational health service, including Health Surveillance compliance, Absence Management referrals and health and wellbeing programme, supporting and driving a positive culture through mental health wellbeing initiatives.
With strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. IT proficient, confidently using Microsoft packages and other web-based systems and able to work in a team and Independently.
