Hours: 37.5 hours per week (days, Monday - Friday)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles, picking products using handheld scanners, packing flour on the carousel, and working in the Mixing Plant.

Key Accountabilities

• The role involves regular manual handling and physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload vehicles to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
• Order Picking: Utilize handheld scanners to accurately pick products from designated storage locations.
• Packing: Pack flour and other products on the carousel, adhering to quality standards and production targets.
• Mixing Plant Operations: Assist in the Mixing Plant as needed, following specific guidelines and safety protocols.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Prioritize safety by following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work overtime as required to meet business needs.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Proven forklift operating skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
