💰 Salary: £25,750 per annum rising to £27,810 per annum after training on multiple businesses.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to work within out Customer Services team. Our Advisors are responsible for the day to day running of all transactional activities within Customer Service and Order Processing across multiple business units within ABF.
The Customer Services department is open 364 days of the year and is a 7-day operation. You will work 5 days out of 7, covering weekends and bank holidays on a rotation.

Key Accountabilities
As a Customer Service Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
✔️ Analyse data, identify issues and take appropriate action to ensure the fulfilment of Customer orders.
✔️ Be proactive in resolution of any queries.
✔️ Analyse key trends and make recommendations to implement long term solutions.
✔️ React and reprioritise tasks to adapt to changes in circumstances.

✔️ Deliver professional and exceptional levels of Customer Service.
✔️ Be responsible for adhering to process guidelines.
✔️ Ensure all aspects of administration is accurate and complete in a timely manner.
