💰 Salary: £32,000pa - £38,000pa depending on experience.
🏢 Hybrid Working: On average 2 days in the office per week (subject to business requirements)

We’re looking for an Information Security Analyst to help protect our systems, applications and business operations. You’ll monitor and manage security risks, support compliance, and work closely with our central BTS security team to deliver effective solutions and mitigations.

This role covers a wide range of security activity across the Grocery Service Centre IS Department, including security incidents, vulnerability management, reporting, supplier security, patching, and project security support.

Key Accountabilities

As the Information Security Analyst you will:

✔️ Monitor, manage and report on security risks, vulnerabilities and incidents.

✔️ Support system compliance and ensure security controls are followed.

✔️ Coordinate application patching across multiple business units.

✔️ Maintain and support user access processes for systems and applications.

✔️ Work with system owners to reduce risk and implement mitigations.

✔️ Embed security into projects, systems and future solutions.

✔️ Support security roadmaps, risk assessments and analysis.

✔️ Build strong relationships across IS teams and the wider business, providing trusted security advice.

The Right Person

We're looking for someone with:

✔️ Experience in an information security role or working with security processes.

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, objective approach.

✔️ Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

✔️ Experience producing reports and process documentation.

✔️ Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, Active Directory, application security and cloud services.

✔️ Able to manage changing priorities, work proactively and handle multiple tasks.

✔️ A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and drive continuous improvement.
