Join Our Team as a Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain (Interim)
We’re looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to support the Supply Chain function at Jordans Cereals on an interim basis, covering a family leave of 12+ months.
In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with the Supply Chain Director and collaborate closely with Procurement and Logistics teams to strengthen financial insight and drive smarter business decisions. You’ll be at the heart of financial reporting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

Key Accountabilities
- Business partnering the Procurement and Logistics teams – supporting them to take ownership of their numbers, generating insight and influencing them to drive better outcomes for the business
- Process improvements – finding ways to deliver the required outputs with the minimum of effort, while maintaining a strong control environment
- Period reporting – understanding the Procurement Purchase Price Variances and the Logistics Variances each period, turning the data into a compelling story. Preparing journals, and completing period end controls and reconciliations
- Budgeting and forecasting – reforecast expected costs based on revised volumes and prices, ensuring that the logistics and procurement teams have entered the required data into the system and challenging their assumptions. At budget time, owning the standard cost setting process – and looking for improvements
- Supporting new product or new market launches as appropriate
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and system investigation as required
The Right Person
• A qualified accountant e.g. CIMA, ACA or ACCA with at least 1 year of post- qualification experience
• IT competent – advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with ERP systems
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Previous experience as a finance business partner
You might also have/be
• FMCG and/or Supply Chain experience is desirable, but not essential
