This is a rare opportunity to shape how two iconic breakfast brands show up in the world. As Senior Creative Manager at Jordans Cereals, you’ll lead the look, feel and execution of our brands across every touchpoint — from packs on shelf to digital, shopper and beyond — applying strong creative judgement and strategic design thinking in close partnership with our brand team and strategic partner agencies.
Key Accountabilities
• Own the creative output across packaging, digital, shopper, retail and internal brand touchpoints.
• Protect and elevate the visual identity of Jordans and Dorset Cereals — ensuring everything is beautifully on brand.
• Partner with brand teams creatively, shaping briefs and guiding design decisions to solve brand problems.
• Lead a modern, efficient design operation, where great work flows smoothly and deadlines are respected.
• Champion new tools and AI, using innovation to free up more time for creativity.
The Right Person
• A senior designer or creative manager with strong FMCG packaging and artwork experience.
• Confident using design judgement to raise standards, simplify complexity and improve outcomes.
• Experience of translating brand guidelines into imaginative, effective creative across different channels and formats.
• Someone who loves being hands on, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
• Confident managing priorities, workflows and stakeholders without killing the creative energy.
• Experience collaborating with external partners such as printers, repro houses, photographers or agencies.
• Curiosity for new tools and technologies, including AI, and a mindset focused on improvement and simplification.
