Our Customer Supply Chain Team is looking for a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of international shipments across global markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams, third-party logistics providers, and external partners to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery.
Key Accountabilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery of international shipments
- Preparing accurate and compliant export documentation and maintaining audit-ready records
- Ensuring shipments meet all customs and export compliance requirements for global markets
- Coordinating with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting stock integrity across EU third-party logistics providers
- Reviewing freight rates and supporting rate negotiations
- Producing and sharing shipment data and performance reporting (KPIs)
- Providing timely responses to queries and supporting cross-functional team
The Right Person

- Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred
- Knowledge of specific regional trade regulations (EU, UK, CAN, US, AUS).
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Familiarity with inventory or warehouse operations.
