Our Customer Supply Chain Team is looking for a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of international shipments across global markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams, third-party logistics providers, and external partners to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Key Accountabilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery of international shipments
  • Preparing accurate and compliant export documentation and maintaining audit-ready records
  • Ensuring shipments meet all customs and export compliance requirements for global markets
  • Coordinating with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders  
  • Supporting stock integrity across EU third-party logistics providers  
  • Reviewing freight rates and supporting rate negotiations
  • Producing and sharing shipment data and performance reporting (KPIs)
  • Providing timely responses to queries and supporting cross-functional team

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Right Person

 

Essential
  • Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of specific regional trade regulations (EU, UK, CAN, US, AUS).
  • Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Familiarity with inventory or warehouse operations.
