Key Accountabilities
Our Site Engineering Manager is looking for a team member to...
• Own and deliver statutory compliance – ensuring all engineering inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements (PSSR, LOLER, LEV) are completed on time with no overdue actions or repeat defects.
• Lead contractor and site activity control – managing contractors day-to-day to ensure all work is safe, compliant, well-planned, and executed to site and legal standards.
• Drive robust systems and continuous improvement – maintaining accurate compliance systems and stores, using data and root cause analysis to prevent issues and improve performance.

And you have the following skills and experiences....
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
• >5 years in FMCG or similar high-compliance environments
• Technical knowledge of PSSR (Pressure Systems), LEV (Exhaust Ventilation), and LOLER (Lifting Operations).
• Experience with CMMS software and ideally Crimson
• NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely desirable
