Our Site Engineering Manager is looking for a team member to... 
 
•    Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team to deliver maximum plant uptime and reliability across high-speed production lines.
•    Drive a proactive maintenance culture, using data and root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures and improve performance.
•    Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance while enhancing productivity and operational excellence.

•    Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
•    >5 years in FMCG environments in a leadership role
•    Capable of building and leading a high-performing team.
