We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products. 

This is a permanent and full-time position based, working on average 39hours per week, Monday – Friday (including paid breaks). This role is available from 7th September 2026. This role includes a signing bonus of £500.00 to be paid after successfully completing 6 months of service.   

Up until the end of December will you commence training working a 2-week shift rotation:

Starting salary for this role is £13.10 per hour, however this increases once you complete different training levels and can earn up to £14.35 per hour. 

We will be running an assessment day for this vacancy on the morning of Thursday 27th August 2026. The assessment is likely to take 2-3 hours. Please ensure that you can attend this session before applying.
