Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Full Time
Love food, quality and making a difference? We're looking for a Site Technical Manager to be the champion of food safety, quality and compliance across our Poole site. You'll help teams solve problems, raise standards and make sure every Ryvita and Dorset Cereals product is the best it can be.
It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety. One day you'll be coaching teams and driving improvements, the next you'll be tackling technical challenges and helping the business stay audit-ready. If you love making things happen and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure all products, processes and sites meet the highest standards of food safety, compliance and customer expectations.
Drive technical improvements across the site, using data and root cause analysis to solve problems and reduce risk.
Partner with teams across Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver safe, high-quality products and support business performance.
Lead and develop the Technical team, building a strong culture of food safety, quality and continuous improvement.
The Right Person
We're looking for an experienced technical leader with a strong background in food manufacturing and a passion for food safety, quality and continuous improvement. You'll bring proven experience of leading technical teams, managing audits and compliance, interpreting data to drive improvement, and balancing technical excellence with commercial priorities. Knowledge of food safety legislation, HACCP and quality management systems is essential, while the ability to coach, influence and build credibility across all levels of the business is just as important.
