As a key leader on site, you will develop a high‑performing team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching and creating a culture of collaboration, accountability and shared best practice.

Working closely with the planning function, you will ensure customer requirements are met, support forecast recovery and play a central role in delivering capital and operational projects to time and budget. You will manage departmental performance against daily and weekly targets, maintain strict adherence to operational controls and SOPs, and ensure corporate standards and risk management expectations are consistently met. Your focus on data‑driven decision making will support the optimisation of quality, cost efficiency and labour productivity across operations
