The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our commercial finance team. Providing support, insight and challenge to the Sales function to drive real value for the business, whilst ensuring we maintain a strong controls environment. This function is for those that thrive on the interaction with commercial business partners and can support to drive pace.

Key Accountabilities

This role supports all aspects of the commercial function, being the Finance lead on projects, tender pricing for current and new customers across the Silver Spoon portfolio and be the liaison to our outsourced Credit Control department, ensuring the right level of rigor and controls are in place.

Finance plays an integral part in supporting business performance. In this role, developing strong cross-functional relationships and building a solid understanding of the broader business will be key to making a meaningful impact.

The Right Person

We’re looking for a qualified accountant who brings strong IT capabilities and a keen analytical mindset. While experience in FMCG or collaboration with procurement teams is beneficial, it's not essential. What truly matters is your ability to deliver insight, demonstrate drive, and show genuine passion for achieving our business goals.
