Job Title:  Customer Manager

Overview of role

At the Silver Spoon Company, we have an exciting portfolio of brands that cover home baking and treat categories. These are manufactured both within our own manufacturing sites as well as an increasingly complex supply chain of manufacturing partners, to satisfy the needs of our extensive customer base.

An exciting role within our Business Unit to directly manage the full relationship with Morrisons.

Ideally we want a candidate with a desire to lead, develop and implement growth plans to drive our categories and the strategic direction of the business.

Key Accountabilities

• Support our commitment on inclusion and developing Diversity in our organisation.
• Deliver a ‘business partnering’ approach with Morrisons.
• Accountable for budgeted customer KPIs profit, volume and forecast accuracy.
• Work cross functionally for best-in-class supplier service & engagement program.
• Integrate insights into commercial strategies and execution plans.
• Develop, negotiate, and implement a Joint Business Plan.
• Support Morrisons with category insight to drive competitive advantage.
• Embrace personal development and a growth mindset.
• Support and adhere to safe working practices and personal commitment to health and safety.

The successful candidate will have analytical skills, a motivation to work directly with our customers across multiple contacts, a growth mindset and a desire to deliver results.
