About the Role

As Head of Supply Chain, you’ll take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, logistics, customer services (outsourced), and 3PL management. Working with key suppliers you’ll lead our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and champion the integration of better systems and technologies like AI to drive efficiency and resilience.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll help shape the future of our supply chain, build strong cross-functional relationships, and inspire a talented team to deliver outstanding results.

The role is based from our central office in Peterborough but travel will be required to other sites and suppliers in the UK and occasionally overseas.
