Job Description:
Overview of role
A leadership role in the Speedibake Commercial Team responsible for the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive profitable growth across the FSWS market.
Key Accountabilities
Commercial and Sale
•Develop and implement a strategy to grow sales into the FSWS market that aligns with the overall Speedibake business strategy.
•Manage a portfolio of existing FSWS customers to improve volume and identify new business opportunities to stem the YoY decline of the sector.
•Achieve forecasted volume, revenue and contribution targets.
•Lead the annual tender/business plan processes and take the opportunities when they arise to negotiate improved terms & margins for Speedibake.
•Have a tight grip on the numbers and ensure accurate demand planning.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
•Work closely with the development team to ensure we have the right ranges available that suitably fit with the needs of the FSWS marketplace.
•Keep an eye on Competitor activity and share insights to inform internal strategic decision making.
