Overview of role

We are Speedibake a Proud Yorkshire Bakery. Established in 1984 we are one of the market leaders in the supply of frozen baked goods and are part of Associated British Foods plc, which is a £17.0bn FTSE 100 company. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hygiene Manager to join Speedibake. 

Key Accountabilities

Within this role you will inspire and lead change by not only managing but coaching the team. Through your direction, you will create a culture of continuous improvement, development, accountability and learning. We want you to develop robust processes that create a hygiene function that ensures we have a site to be proud of. 

You will set and lead the hygiene strategy, whilst supporting cross functional agendas through excellent management, communication, team guidance and empowerment to meet, then surpass, factory standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  

The Right Person

We are looking for a goal orientated, analytical and passionate individual who has a proven record of achievement in hygiene management.  Has a demonstrable record of building and developing the capability of their people in order to deliver exceptional results.
