Key Accountabilities
- Lead the long-term growth strategy for Jordans in the Netherlands, to grow sales, distribution and profitability.
- Develop and execute plans to secure listings in new retailers and establish sustainable, long-term commercial agreements.
- Quickly build a deep understanding of the Dutch market, including key demographics, category dynamics, the competitive and retail landscape.
- Optimise promotional strategies using evaluation tools to improve ROI on trade spend.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gain buy-in and support for plans, translating strategy into actionable account plans.
- Lead impactful retailer meetings, delivering compelling brand presentations and commercial plans to customers.
- Build and own long-term customer relationships across the functions (buying, category, supply chain).
- Full P&L accountability, ensuring delivery of financial performance in line with budget and strategic targets.
- Deliver accurate monthly demand forecasts and lead quarterly forecast reviews to support business planning.
The Right Person
• Proven track record in Account Management within FMCG (National and/or international)
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
• Analytical mindset and experience working with retailer data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI)
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
• Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills
• Passion for sustainability, food, and making a positive impact
