Interim Finance Manager – Jordans Cereals

Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire

Type: Full-time | Hybrid working available

We are on the lookout for an Interim Finance Manager to join our central finance team at Jordans Cereals.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Interim Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating financial operations – ensuring financial integrity, supporting strategic decision making and driving efficiency across our global financial processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a key role in shaping the financial health of a brand led business. You will need to demonstrate both gravitas and ambition to be able to work within a demanding and fast-moving business with regular exposure to senior management.

Key Accountabilities

As Interim Finance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans

• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business cases

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with statutory and internal requirements

• Maintain compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures

Governance & Control

• Develop and maintain robust financial controls and risk management frameworks

• Monitor financial performance and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, peers and auditors

• Present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders

Systems & Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting tools, and processes.

The Right Person

We’re seeking a confident and capable finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

You’ll ideally bring:

• ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
