Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts/40 hours per week

We’re looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our friendly and ambitious team. As part of the ABF group, we have big plans for the next five years, you’ll play a key role in shaping our future. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to be responsible for the successful completion of hygiene and housekeeping duties whilst maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, quality and an awareness of environmental impacts.

Key Accountabilities

Our QA Manager is looking for a team member to... 

• Lead boldly — Champion safe working practices and uphold high standards in food safety and hygiene, following key policies and procedures at all times.
• Stay curious — Be proactive in identifying hygiene issues and waste reduction opportunities.
• Do the right thing together — Support others flexibly and respond collaboratively to hygiene needs.
• Make it happen — Execute cleaning tasks and inspections to SOP standards and act swiftly and effectively in response to incidents or QA concerns.

•    Awareness and of HSE hazards and local hazards.
•    Handling of cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment.
•    Environmental spill control.
