A hybrid role - 2 days working from our Biggleswade office.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute long-term regional and market-specific business plans.
- Conduct structured market assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
- Align internal and distributor strategies for optimal commercial outcomes.
- Build and maintain senior customer relationships across distributor and retail networks.
- Set commercial targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Drive best practices in distributor management and evaluate partner effectiveness.
- Lead growth initiatives in existing and new markets, including channel expansion.
- Coordinate cross-functional support for local activation and execution.
- Own full P&L and budget responsibility.
- Implement local promotional, marketing, and category plans.
- Optimise investment based on ROI and commercial feedback.
- Manage business change projects and ensure market compliance.
- Provide accurate demand forecasts and lead quarterly reviews.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer.
- Deliver regular performance updates and insights to stakeholders.

• Experience with full P&L and commercial accountability.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders with strategic conviction.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with or managing international distributors.
• At least 3 years' experience in a sales, marketing or category role, with proven career progression.
• Strong commercial judgement and cultural sensitivity.
• Ideally, experience in foreign languages or international customer management.
