Job Title: Manager (Distributor Markets)

Overview of role
An exciting opportunity to join and be part of a leading organisation with ambitious 5-year growth plans and significant potential both within the Jordans marketing team and the wider ABF group.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about international business, brand growth, and relationship management. You will play a vital role in driving distribution, profitability, and market expansion for a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Jordans, Dorset Cereals, and Ryvita, while helping to shape strategic plans across diverse global markets.
Key Accountabilities
Planning & Strategy
• Develop and execute long-term regional and market-specific business plans.
• Conduct structured market assessments to identify opportunities and trends.
• Align internal and distributor strategies for optimal commercial outcomes.
Customer & Distributor Management
• Own and nurture senior customer relationships across distributor and retail networks.
• Establish commercial targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
• Implement best practices and drive effective distributor management.
• Benchmark and evaluate partners to ensure the best representation for Jordans Brands.
Market Development
• Identify and lead growth initiatives in existing and white-space markets.
• Recommend and implement market entry or channel expansion strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for localised activation and execution.
Commercial Execution
• Full P&L responsibility with budget ownership.
• Develop and implement local promotional, marketing, and category plans.
• Continuously optimise investment based on ROI and commercial feedback.
• Manage business change projects and ensure market compliance.
Collaboration & Forecasting
• Provide accurate demand forecasts and lead quarterly reviews.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer.
• Deliver regular performance updates and insights to internal stakeholders

• At least 3 years' experience in a sales, marketing or category role, with proven career progression.

• Ideally, experience in foreign languages or international customer management.
