Key Accountabilities
- Own and manage commercial relationships with major UK grocery retailers
- Develop and execute annual joint business plans (JBPs) aligned with company goals
- Deliver net sales, profit, and market share targets across your accounts
- Manage promotional plans and budgets effectively to maximise ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, category, and marketing teams
- Use data-led insights to influence buyers and optimise account performance
- Lead range reviews, product listings, and price negotiations
- Monitor competitor activity and respond with agile commercial strategies
- Forecast accurately and contribute to monthly demand planning processes
- Champion the Jordans brand with integrity and drive long-term partnerships
The right person
- Proven track record in National Account Management within FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical mindset and experience working with retailer data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI)
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills
- Passion for sustainability, food, and making a positive impact
What we offer:
Up to £60k depending on experience, Up to 15% Bonus, BUPA, Car Allowance, Health Cash Plan, Pension up to 10% employer contributions, plus shopping discounts.
