We are on the lookout for a People Services Administrator to join our friendly team at Jordan’s Dorset Ryvita, on a 12-month FTC. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.

Key Accountabilities
Our People Services & Projects Team Leader is looking for a team member to...
- Be the first point of contact to provide support and guidance across the full range of employee lifecycle activity, including: Recruitment, joiners & leavers, pay & benefits, performance management & development, attendance & occupational health, and communications.
- Support them in reviewing processes to identify improvement areas to achieve greater efficiency for your stakeholders.
- Maintain data in SAP Success Factors to ensure high standards of accuracy at all times.

• HR administration experience along with handling and managing sensitive data
• Experience of working with HR systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office
