As Sales Controller, you’ll lead our growth agenda with a key retailer across both of our brands: Jordans & Dorset. You won’t just be managing an account, with one NAM reporting into you, a major part of this role will be managing a portfolio of customers – directly & indirectly. Influencing senior stakeholders internally & externally, this is your opportunity to shape and deliver the strategy, build deep customer relationships, and bring insights back into the business to help us move faster and smarter. Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans that drive growth across Jordans & Dorset brands
  • Build strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders cross functionally across the retailer teams, delivering breadth and depth of contact
  • Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) negotiations and secure agreement on key initiatives
  • Lead, coach & develop 1 direct report
  • Use customer and category insights to shape plans and influence internal decision-making
  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring delivery of sales, margin, and investment targets
  • Drive distribution and visibility of NPD, aligned with brand and customer strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and take proactive action to optimise results
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to help shape agile, customer-focused ways of working

  • Proven track record managing Top 4 grocery retailers, with full P&L ownership and JBP experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
  • Confident communicator and influencer with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution
  • Collaborative, driven, and accountable — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment

 

What we offer:

Up to £80k depending on experience, Up to 25% Bonus, BUPA, Car Allowance, Health Cash Plan, Pension up to 10% employer contributions, plus shopping discounts.
