We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Executive & Office Administrator to join our small but mighty Commercial team at Ryvita.  As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth, and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.

Key Accountabilities

We're looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Commercial Executive & Office Administrator to join our passionate and driven Ryvita team.  

The core focus of this role is to support our Commercial Team and to work with our customers on account administration, we anticipate this will be around 60% of the role.  This would include activities such as EPOS pulls, invoice management and reconciliation, forecast review inputs, promotional submissions & new line forms.    

 You will also support the Ryvita office, enable the smooth running of the site and support the Ryvita Leadership Team with office administration for around 40% of the week.

  • Able to analyse and evaluate data, proficiently using Excel, Word, Powerpoint and online data sources, to make informed recommendations or decisions. 
  • Confident using digital tools (e.g. expense systems, PO platforms, SharePoint). 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and easily at all levels. 
  • Puts the customer at the heart and builds strong working relationships. 
  • Resilient, energetic and enthusiastic. 
  • Organised with good attention to detail. 
  • Proactive, takes ownership and is self-motivated. 
  • Handles sensitive or confidential information with care and professionalism.  
  • Previous experience of working in an FMCG/Manufacturing or Retail/Customer focused business advantageous but not essential.
