Overview of role
The role is an opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our products on a short fixed term basis.
The shift pattern is a two weekly rotation of three 12 hour night shifts starting at either 5pm or 7pm then three 12 hour and one 8 hour day shifts starting at either 5am or 7am averaging a 40 hour week.
Key Accountabilities
Our Shift Leader is looking for a team member to...
- Have the highest standard of good housekeeping and good manufacturing practice at all times.
- Ensure that all downtime, weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately.
- Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults.
