We’re looking for a 1st Line Service Delivery Analyst to join our passionate team. As part of the ABF Group, we’ve got exciting plans for growth and we’d love you to help shape what’s next.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join our busy IT department. The role involves supporting users with issues and queries, working alongside our Business Technology Services partner to deliver an excellent IT Service, or working as part of a wider project team. You will be involved in many aspects and disciplines of IT across the business.

Key Accountabilities

Our Service Delivery Manager is looking for a team member to:

 

  • Provide first line support for the key business applications.
  • Support key IT business processes.
  • Facilitate compliance to security, audit, and legal policies.
