Key Accountabilities
This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the marketing function—spanning strategy, planning, and execution across the full marketing mix. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you’ll shape the future growth of a much-loved brand.
Bringing energy, creativity, and commercial focus, you’ll lead an agile team of three to develop and deliver a diverse and dynamic marketing agenda. Together, you’ll drive all brand activity—from portfolio management and communications to product development, packaging, and shopper marketing.

And you have the following skills and experiences....
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within FMCG, ideally food.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand strategies that have delivered measurable growth and long-term impact.
- Full marketing mix expertise, including brand management, comms, innovation, and shopper.
- Confident influencer and communicator across all levels of the business.
- Passionate about consumers, insights, and building loved brands.
- Creative, energetic, results-driven and ready to make a big impact in a small team.
