Job Title:  Multi-Skilled Operative

Location: Poole

We are on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Ryvita team in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to run production lines and manufacture our brilliant products. 

This is a permanent and full-time position based, working 39hours per week, Monday – Friday (including paid breaks). This role includes a singing bonus of up £500.00 following completion of your 6-month probation. 

We operate a 3 week shift rotation, your team and line manager rotate shifts at the same time: 

Week 1 - 06:00 – 14:00  

Week 2 - 14:00 – 22:00    

Week 3 - 22:00 – 06:00

Starting salary for this role is £12.72 per hour, however this increases once you complete different training levels and can earn up to £13.93 per hour. 

We are running an assessment day at our Poole site on Thursday 31st July at 10am. 

Key Accountabilities

• Our Shift Manager is looking for a team member to... 
   
  •    To operate machinery to agreed parameters 
  •    To work to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures 
  •    To demonstrate personal accountability within the site and ensure that all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are met. 
  •    Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP), legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external standards e.g. BRC,IFS,Femas.   
  •    Ensure that all downtime, weight and quality checks, waste and production data is recorded consistently and accurately.
  •    Immediately respond to incidents of production downtime and liaise with the technicians for technical faults.
