We are on the lookout for a People and Performance Officer to join our friendly, dynamic team at Ryvita at our Poole site  

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Administrator to join us full time, in this site-based role. The role would suit an experienced administrator who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. This is a site-based role, working 37.5 hours Monday – Friday 

We are looking for someone to start immediately, but also happy to wait for the right candidate    

 

Key Accountabilities  

 

Our Head of People is looking for a team member to... 

 

Be the first point of contact to provide an effective and efficient People administration service to the Ryvita business.   

  • Your primary responsibility in the role is to provide excellent administration support across the full employee life cycle as well as advisory support to our Ryvita Business Functions as required.   

  • Support with all recruitment and onboarding activities 

  • Manage communication channels ensuring they are up to date 

  • Coordinate occupational health surveillance.     

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports and analysis.  

  • Support People Team on business wide projects

And you have the following skills and experiences.... 

 

  • Previous HR administration experience would be preferred but not essential 
  • CIPD Level 3 would be an advantage but not essential  

  • Highly organised, able to multi-task with strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail 

  • An approachable administrator who is self-motivated, passionate about what they do and has a can-do attitude 

  • A strong team player who can work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders 

  • Ability to manage sensitive information in a discrete and secure way  

  • Ability to apply good thinking, logic and instinct to make good judgement calls
