Key Accountabilities

Our Marketing team is looking for a Product Development Manager to... 

Lead Ryvita’s new and existing product development (NPD and EPD), bringing the product pipeline to life. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to inject innovation and fresh thinking into the future portfolio.

You’ll work cross-functionally throughout the stage-and-gate process—from shaping ideas, briefs, and concepts to influencing consumer propositions, leading product research, and delivering high-quality products on time and to brief.

Your work will span both in-house production and external partners, offering a varied and collaborative environment. On-site, you’ll have access to a dedicated development kitchen equipped with a pilot plant for small-scale trials.

This role is based at our Head Office and production facility in Poole, Dorset.  Occasional travel to our other Ryvita production facility in Bardney, Lincolnshire is required.

Relevant experience in product development in FMCG environment

Experience of delivering NPD pipelines

Experience of translating food/ingredient/product trends into practical product development guidelines
